Introducing Chef Pina Marie O’Reilly, a first-generation Sicilian. Pina will teach you how to prepare her family's homemade Italian sauce paired with authentic Sicilian meatballs. She will show you tips and tricks and alternative ways to prepare this versatile and delicious dish.

This is a demonstration class with tasting and students will bring home a mason jar of that evening's homemade sauce and Sicilian meatballs.
