Join Chef Jill Hamill as she begins with a Demo of classic Risotto:  a northern Italian rice dish cooked slowly and continuously and enriched with butter, broth and parmesan cheese.   Sample this creamy rice dish before rolling up your sleeves to get busy in the action!  Participants will learn the technique of taking your left-over Risotto and turning it into Arancini... rolled risotto balls that get breaded and fried and dipped in marinara sauce.  Perfect for you holiday gatherings!
