ADULTS: KERBER'S FARM HIVE TOUR & REFRESHMENTS ON SATURDAY APRIL 18TH @ 10:30

Hive Tour & Refreshments:

Led by Kerber's Farm Beekeeper Nicole Palmer, participants will take a look inside a working hive during this single-session, hands-on introduction to
beekeeping event. Following the hive tour, enjoy light refreshments and conversation. This class is perfect for those expecting their first colonies this season, as well as anyone seriously
considering starting with bees in the near future. Learn to safely light and use a smoker,
observe honeybees up close and gain a sense of what a hive inspection looks like. A great
chance to connect with fellow aspiring beekeepers.

Protective gear is required  for the  full  active/ hands on /  up close participation  and Participants must have their own Full Protective gear .

***Participation at a safe distance is also permitted and no protective gear is necessary for these participants.

 
The session is weather permitting (rain date noted).
