Dive into the flavors of summer in this hands-on cooking class where participants will learn to prepare, steam and expertly deshell fresh lobster tails. Participants will craft tender, perfectly seasoned lobster meat and elevate it with bright seasonal ingredients.  Participants will finish by assembling their own lobster roll  to enjoy on a buttery brioche bun.  Coastal classic that tastes like pure summer!
