This soft, fragrant olive oil cake is made to delight those you love for Valentine’s—perfect for sharing with someone special or your favorite gal pals. The center is filled with a swirl of Kerber’s jams—raspberry, Kerberry, blueberry, or whatever feels most seasonal—adding a bright, fruity surprise in every slice. It’s topped with a citrus silky mascarpone cream.

This demonstration and  hands-on class  can be offered  both in classic and gluten-free cake options—perfect for Valentine’s or Galentine’s, and for sharing a delicious, homemade treat with those you love. All participants will go home with their own cake.
