Sourdough 101

Saturday 11th @ 10:30-11:30 pm

In this hands-on class, students will learn the basics of sourdough bread making.  They will watch a live demonstration of the sourdough bread process, make their own sourdough loaf to bake at home as well as feed and take home their own King Arthur Sourdough Starter.

Please arrive on time. Class will begin promptly at 10:30
